Shipping:

Orders are shipped standard UPS ground. Average shipping and handling charge is $6.50 in the U.S. or Canada (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Some larger sized orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

For devout Buy-cell.com customers who order more than $75 worth of merchandise, Timmy C will waive the shipping and handling fees! What a generous guy.

Most orders will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving. However, if Timmy C and the crew are out skimming or riding for extended periods of time, shipped orders may be slightly delayed. 

Returns:

Here at Buy-cell.com, we'll gladly take your returns so long as you don't drag your feet. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of you receiving the package. Returns sent between 15-30 days of receipt are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any returns sent after 30 days will be returned back to you without refund. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.

Warranty Info and Limitations:

Warranty periods depend on the product. All warranties are indicated in the item description. In the highly unlikely case that your product is defective or otherwise within the specific warranty period, send your product to us and we will exchange it for a new one. You will be responsible for covering shipping to us, and we will cover shipping back to you.

In most cases, we won't ask any questions. Unfortunately, we can't warranty batteries which have been water damaged, so if you've ever been called 'butterfingers' in your lifetime, don't talk on the phone near free-standing bodies of water. If you send us a water-damaged battery, don't expect a new battery in return.
